Riverland Apartments

I lived here for two years; my apartment faced the main street. My car windows were broken three times, and my husband’s car was stolen from the complex when the gates were broken for several days. On two occasions, homeless people knocked on my apartment door. I was very afraid because of the insecurity. People from the neighborhood enter freely and use the pool; they also smoke marijuana regardless of whether children are present. The management never helped me with anything. The worst experience I’ve ever had.

I’m a new resident. I looked at quite a few properties before choosing to reside here. Some apartments were great, and some had great staff, but none of my other choices checked both boxes. Ashley did a great job showing me around and answering all of my questions. Her kindness, knowledge, and professionalism made my choice easy. The specials and lack of extra upfront fees provided a little nudge too.

**5-Star Experience with Darnell, Property Manager** I recently had the pleasure of touring a luxury apartment managed by Darnell, and I have to say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, Darnell was welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. He took the time to walk me through the apartment, highlighting the top-notch features and ensuring I was fully informed about the amenities available. The apartment itself was beautiful, with modern finishes, spacious rooms, and breathtaking views. Darnell was incredibly knowledgeable, answering all my questions about the building and the surrounding area with ease. He made the entire process feel seamless and comfortable, which made me feel confident in my decision to consider this property as my future home. O

Disgusting. I've lived here for more than a year. I check almost every weekend to see if the seats/couches and the grills are clean. Always disgusting; they have never been cleaned, so I've never been able to use them... because of, you know, good taste. So "luxury," I don't think so, not even close. The staff that works on the buildings is great, friendly, and always eager to make you feel good. The rest, horrible, worst I've ever lived, and the most I have ever paid. Every month you will feel you are overpaying, because you are. Stay away.

Jesse is one of the standout parts of living in this community. He keeps the property looking great and everything running smoothly, but what really makes him exceptional is his attitude. He always greets everyone with a smile, notices people, and takes the time to talk no matter how busy he is. That kind of genuine kindness is rare these days. Seeing him around the complex always brightens my day. Truly an asset to the property.
