RH is a great place to live. It’s in an excellent location, well maintained, and offers beautiful views of the Detroit River. My only concern is package delivery; packages are currently placed in a shared room accessible to all residents, which reduces security. The security of packages received was greatly increased when the staff handled the packages. Overall, RH is a wonderful place to live, and I hope this process can be improved.
-5 stars the place does not keep things taken care of. I have family that used to live there and the build had a mouse problem and rumors of cockroaches. The manager acts like its a school and not a place for the elderly. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR YOUR FAMILY. During the winter if there is a bad snow fall they never and i mean NEVER plow the driveway so if emergency services need to get in they cant. Please think about this before calling or renting at this building!
Really doesn’t even deserve 1star!! Figure it out on your own.
