Went in for a visit Assistant Manager Jessica Smith and Property Manager Rosetta Somerville were friendly and of great help gaining knowledge of Riverfront and the tour through an actual townhouse was great!

The Property Manager , Jessica Smith is wonderful. She is professional, knowledgeable, and goes out of her way to help you. The upgrades to the townhouse are great. Would recommend leasing from Riverfront Town homes.

After living here for a while me and my family can sat you can't ask for a better staff to be able to work with. From the property manager Jessica to her assistant Melissa they always take care of everything you need on the paperwork side. When it comes to the maintenance of your house I've never seen as good of a team as you get with Danny and Leon.

Went here to look at places to move into, tired of old place and manager jessica smith was great, walked us around personally to model and gave us all info we needed to help us make the decision. while we toured the campus we ran into maintenance members and they stopped working to great us. it was very pleasant.

Been living on this property for four years and it’s been a great experience. The manager Jessica Smith and the maintenance staff are wonderful people. Very quiet neighborhood.
