Rivercrest Apartments

I have been here for over 5 years. Let me tell you that I do feel safe here . But the management changes all the time, don't rely on the photos cause of the website look for your self. The pet park is filled with sand and really no where for a dog to run. The pool has mildew and it has been closed during the hot months for issues with pump and theildew all along the bottom of pool as well along side of the sides. Gym is good but there isn't a working steam room. You can hear your neighbors up above you throughout the apartment. The air conditioning ducts are so filled with dust and black mold. There is a drug selling in every apartment . The apartment when you look at them they are beautiful but when you come in and look for yourself old window blinds, mold outside the windows gutters are

these are my girlfriends vents.. filled with BLACK MOLD… management won’t do anything about it. it’s probably the entire unit that’s dealing with it but no one wants to speak up. you would think with new management they’d do a better job at carrying for their tenants.. i do not recommend living here. AT ALL. if i could give 0 stars, i would.

Apparently there’s a large black mold outbreak which is obviously spreading through the units. I left for 4 months post these photos, and when I returned I noticed that they painted over the contaminated area that my air freshener is plugged in. Do not move here it’s a health hazard ! My lease is up very soon and I will be leaving ! I wish the very best for those who have to suffer from this horrible situation I sincerely apologize.

I’ve been living at Rivercrest for two years, and I can honestly say management has finally gotten it right. After going through several managers, it’s refreshing to have someone like Irah who truly goes above and beyond for residents. He’s professional, personable, and genuinely cares about the community. His assistant, Bette, is also very kind and helpful. Maintenance has been a bit delayed due to limited staffing, but that has been communicated and the team is clearly doing their best to keep things running smoothly. Do not believe all the negative reviews, as many do not reflect the real experience here. To the management team, we are glad to have you back. Keep doing the Lord’s work!

Irah has been amazing to work with! He’s professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Anytime I’ve had a question or concern, he’s quick to follow up and make sure things are handled right away. You can tell he takes pride in keeping the community running smoothly and creating a positive environment for everyone. It’s rare to find a property manager who goes above and beyond like he does River Crest is lucky to have him!
