Edit 9/8/25 After 10 months of fighting and us sending an email to the CEO threatening to sue them, GL finally agreed to give us bigger AC units which were installed recently. No credit to the incompetent warranty department including the completely incompetent VP of warranty Richard Janis. If you want a home where your AC doesn’t function properly then buy with GL. You won’t be able to go to your neighbors and cool off either because they have the same issues and GL warranty refuses to fix it. Completely incompetent. AC issues have still not been addressed. The Facebook page for our community in RiverCreek is flooded with people with AC issues. Warranty refuses to fix it. Couldn’t pay me to buy a GL home again. Gina was a true professional and an absolute incredible person to meet during the process of looking for my home. Although, I chose another home, she offered extreme detail and care in all she did. She is the best and I appreciate all her help. Such a real person and who truly knows what customer service stands for.

OMG! We just moved in to our new home and are so excited to be here. I cannot say enough good things about our “salesperson” Irina, who has truly become a friend of our family. Well, we are a repeat buyer from GL Homes and actually are living in one of their communities. When we visited their new community at River Creek in Estero; in addition to the great location, we really like the designs of the homes, very modern. This is going to be nice! When we called the office and met with Irina for guidance, she went over and beyond to explain the process and assist us with all our inquiries. She is very patient, professional and responsive. She helps us tremendously throughout the process. We are very grateful for her assistance and guidance. Our home is at 75% completion, we are so excited to move to our new home soon.
