I have called multiple times and left messages, and not once has anyone responded. At this point, I am convinced this place is run entirely by bots because reaching an actual human seems impossible. If you’re looking for tenants, answering the phone would be a great start

Nice facility, but not worth the amount of rent. No cameras or security present, but the community doesn't attract any crime. A couple years ago first floor apartments and cars were broken into, but the South Bound Brook police have kept a tight seal on the community lately. If your apartment needs a repair, you will have to wait until whom ever comes by to fix the problem. If you call back with a sense of urgency the person normally comes within minutes. Have all packages delivered to door front, if not, there is a chance someone within your building will steal your package from the lobby. Oh and ethnic group tenants be on the look out for racist tenants. They will try to pick a fight with you for no purposeful reason at all. They don't provide window blinds and coverings. And if you put something to block sun, they ask you to take that down and harass you by threatening to impose per day fine. They don't have towel rods or tissue holders. You cannot put anything in patio except patio furniture. They always threat you that the homeowners are complaining. Other than that the rent is reasonable, there is nothing here. Gym is too small with limited equipment, no swimming pool. No management to connect to, just the sales guy you will deal with during leasing. The onsite supervisor is very helpful though. The only star is for him. If you can spend a little more, stay away.

So far so good. I haven't met any racist tenant so far as mentioned in some comments underneath. Everyone minds their own business.

I made an appointment with Bill to look at an apt. He was a no show. Pretty annoyed I my time and PTO from work was wasted.
