Riverbluff Apartments

There are parking issues, even though we have assigned parking. That's why the four star rating instead of five. Maintenance here is profoundly good especially for only one maintenance person. On site management is also very good. Corporate management responded to a request very swiftly. There are some issues that I'm sure they're aware of and from other reviews I've read, it looks like they're working on them. So I will spare you those details. Other than that, I love my apartment! Light fixtures, windows, and walls all look new. I can't believe how spacious it is. While I may be used to better, better got greedy and I couldn't afford it anymore. As long as the rent is reasonable like it is right now, I'll stay.

About 2 years ago I moved into Riverbluff Apartments in downtown Niles. The overall experience was great! From the very beginning the apartments owner, property manager and maintenance did a terrific job in communicating with one another to ensuring fast move in times, quality housing and customer service. My apartment was one of the coolest architectual designed units I've ever rented. While a little older structural-wise, it had been upgraded to today's standards and held a very comfy, colonial feel to the apartment. All the amenities worked well and as they should. If there was ever an issue with the appliances, heating/cooling, water etc, Jody the lead maintenance tech would service the issue with a very polite disposition, knowledgeable manner and I'm a timely fashion. I've been here almost 5 years and have zero complaints. Tenants are nice, polite, and respectable. Jody in maintenance is quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. Apartments are newly remodeled, inexpensive, and have an amazing amount of closet space. Karla in the office is always polite, helpful and quick to respond to maintenance requests and/or questions. The property is very well maintained with improvements being made often. I tried the new laundry space on-site today and I'm very, very pleased. I love it here!

During my time living there it was great. No complaints whatsoever. If something didn’t work right. Maintenance fixed it and I was able to get ahold of them and they were nice and it got done. No hassle. Jody, Karla, and Alana were all good and I will say overall I had a great experience living there. They’re doing a great job there!
