Dave was a calm port in our storm. We wanted to move from the Northwest to Eau Claire and by luck, found him. Dave was completely committed to our goal and helped us navigate several tough decisions with wisdom and compassion. He was always available to us by phone and ultimately helped us buy a house that we are totally in love with. His calm manner and his obvious experience was very reassuring. Although we thought we were very familiar with the real estate agents in the Barron County, WI area, we were unfamiliar with Riverbend Realty. Absolutely the best realtor. Dave and his team are some awesome people to work with. Dave's a straight shooter, no beating around the bush, no B.S, just the things you need/want to know and nothing else. No pressure whatsoever on anything so you can find what YOU want. Truly an amazing group to work with, timely responses, updates, and check ins all throughout the process to make sure you have all the information you need. Will definitely be dealing with them again when it comes time to buy/sell and sort or real estate.

Worked w/ Dave briefly in 2024. He was unhelpful/negative/unprofessional during the brief period he worked with me, especially for a new home buyer. Told him I was moving on to work with another realtor who was the complete opposite and helped me find a home. Now Riverbend Realty continues reach out to me asking if I need a realtor. I've told them multiple times that I don't, and yet they continue to reach out. Would not recommend this group, and would not recommend giving your contact information to them.
