Riverbend at Florham Park

These people play too many games. They have several advertisements of available apartments, but when I call the leasing office no one NEVER answers. I had to call their super (who's number is given in the recording) to get ahold of a leasing agent. Then the agent says she doesn't know why apartments are listed there is a waiting list of more than 8 people that's waiting for a 2 bedroom.

Date....4.3.24 After living here for 13 years, yes, 13, I can tell ya, it's been a pleasure. -I could mention the absolute professionalism of staff (Mary, MAURO, Dary and sadly I always forget the others' names), but I won't. -I could mention the meticulously kept grounds...but I won't. -I could mention how, during the pandemic, Stirling Properties, the owner, were accommodating: in so far as being lenient with payment (NOT discounted, but considerate)...but, you guessed it, I won't. I can't imagine it having been a better stay. OK, maybe if we were in Hawaii. Thank you Mary, MAURO, Dary, Guys, Stirling Props. D

I lived here from 2017-2018. Some renovated apartments, but mine was older. Mary is always responsive and goes above and beyond for the community. Maintenance crew was always fast and efficient as well.

We loved living here. By far the best apartment we’ve lived at. Mary was always very sweet and we loved our views of the swampland.

Large condominium community. Homes are nice, a bit on the small side. Well maintained grounds.
