The process was stress-free and very informative thanks to Vanessa. She was great in giving us all the information we needed and was there when we had questions. Very professional, made us feel welcomed, 10/10 would recommend! The unit was nice, clean, and perfect for us. Overall 10/10. If you’re looking for an apartment and happen to come across Riverbank, ask to see Vanessa, she will take care of you and make sure you have everything you need to acquire an apartment.

Kenia was the agent who helped me, and she was amazing. She was very kind, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The whole process felt much easier because of her support and professionalism. If you are looking to rent an apartment, I definitely recommend asking for Kenia — she is the best!

Sam and the rest of the team we're great! They were super accommodating and helpful, they answered all my questions and made my move extremely simple and smooth I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. This is the first time I've moved into an apartment and it wasn't just painted over and roach infested still, the floors and carpet are nice and everything worked the day I moved in so I was pleasantly surprised and relieved, plus the office is super responsive, which is also a first for me. 10/10 would recommend

She explained everything clearly and made the entire process feel extremely easy and stress-free. I always felt supported and never rushed or confused. Kenia is wonderful and they moved me in quickly. They made sure my family and I was happy with the apartment, and we are very happy to be here. They stay in communication with you throughout the whole moving in process. Very friendly people here. Very affordable for the space you get. The apartment was very clean upon moving in.
