River Vista Apartments

Came to visit this property with my sister. She’s the one looking to move as I’m from out of town. We walked in with no appointments, but we were greeted happily and they were very welcoming Jean, I believe us her name, is the manager and she actually gave us the tour as her team was busy. Her tour was top tier. Her kindness was exceptional and connected not only with my sister, but me as well. Property was clean and well kept. The maintenance also said hello when he walked by us. My sister will be back to live there. I wanted to move even though I’m across the country. But my sister will be moving in not just for the beautiful property, but mainly because of the Jean and her team.

Very nice Apartments, nice area ,all the amenities you could want. My friend who lives here says Management is very easy to work with. With in driving distance of just about anything you would need .

after 13 months at River Vista apartments my time in Wichita almost finished. But I need to say River Vista apartments was my best experience! the location was perfect the management its great (Jean McCombs and her team) my apartment was perfect I'll miss.

Living here has been a positive experience. The complex is well maintained, maintenance responds quickly, and the location is convenient. I appreciate the overall environment and feel comfortable living here. Huge shout out to the office management team for always answering my questions and being so helpful!

Living at River Vista has been a fantastic experience! From having one of the best pools in town, to the clubhouse, to the comfort of my apartment, I love the convenience of being in the heart of downtown Wichita. The community is quiet, well-maintained, and the staff is always very friendly and helpful.
