River Vista Apartments

It’s been a while since I lived here but assume it’s the same because if you scroll past the 5 stars you’ll see the recent messages about roaches. Please note all photos were taken within the first 5 minutes of getting the unit other than the labeled photo from the “repairs” They told us they never had issues with them in our unit but when the office manager took us on move in day to our unit with keys still in her hand she opened the door and we could count at least 6 in the living rooms. They said the bones it the day before but why would you do that if you don’t have issues? Not just the living room, the kitchen, dining room, laundry room, bathroom and carpets in bedroom… oh and lights had bugs in them. I just moved here about a month ago and I love it. The neighborhood is quiet and my neighbors are so nice. Alycia was great. She kept me informed and my process went smoothly. And the gym is my favorite place to go.

I have had a fantastic experience at River Vista Apartments, and a huge part of that is thanks to the amazing property manager, Jeff. From the moment I inquired about the community, she has been nothing but professional, kind, and incredibly helpful. She goes above and beyond to ensure that residents feel at home, addressing any concerns promptly and always with a great attitude. The complex itself is well-maintained, with clean common areas and beautiful landscaping. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and peaceful. It’s clear that Jeff and the team truly care about the residents and take pride in keeping River Vista a great place to live. I just moved in yesterday. The staff here are amazing and the environment is tranquil. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the fact that maintenance came within the next business day (shout out to Mr. Cody). My only concern is that I received a unit that was “wheelchair accessible” (which was new and different for me) but I will get use to it with time.

Have lived here for going on two years now. But just wanted to take a moment to express how prompt and efficient the maintenance team is. Both gentleman have shown up after hours within the hour to help with things. Today, specifically, Marshall came running over when my ceiling became a waterfall (not picturesque but water fallish nonetheless). He helped us mop up the water, installed a dehumidifier and made the course of action clear on how we’d get it fix. I have no doubt it’ll be done in a timely manner. Great appreciation for them.
