River Valley Property Management has been managing one of our properties, and our experience has been nothing but positive. They are consistently responsive and proactive in their approach. I’d like to specifically commend Michael Cammock, one of the operations managers, for his kindness and dedication. He works incredibly hard, and the company is lucky to have him on the team!

I’ve seen a lot of negativity online about this company recently and wanted to share my own experience. I’ve been renting from RVPM for going on four years, and they have consistently been great to work with. Whenever I’ve had plumbing issues (none of which were caused by me), maintenance has arrived within two hours. I’ve also had some moisture concerns due to living in a partially underground unit, and they have always provided the necessary equipment right away to help manage the issue. When I had a door problem, they came the same day and fixed it without hesitation. I truly cannot say enough good things about Aela Thomas and their maintenance technician, Jay. Both have been responsive, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout my time as a tenant.

I try to avoid property management companies when renting as, in my experience, they create an added expense with little value for tenants or landlords. RVPM has easily been far better than any company managing a property I have rented. Staff is friendly, respectful, communicative and responsive to service requests. In eight months of renting, we've had no issues and feel appreciated as tenants.

I recently started working with River Valley Property Management as an owner of rental property in Vermont. IF your an owner that is looking for the best boots on the ground Property management available in the area Mike and the RVPM team will not disappoint. They continue to amaze me with their ability to step up, solve problems and deliver top tier property management services to me and my tenants. While I haven't had to directly deal with the management after signing up, I do receive timely emails regarding maintenance and snow/ice conditions from the property managers. The initial signup process and the showing of the property was conveniently arranged and the staff members were polite and responsive.
