River Square Townhomes

Riverglenn Townhomes that has been sold twice and renamed has me owing them $554.00 for a small hole in the wall. I be damned if I pay it! I've called the new owners 3 times to inquire about the debt that has been sent to collections. however not one call has been returned to me. On another note Don't move here. This complex should be condemned and torn down. Many of the units have mold or other major issues. I lived here for 8 years in 2 different units, worse mistake ever. Thanks for helping me new owners I appreciate you. Happy New Year.

The owner needs to fix the entire complex and the fence. It's in very poor condition and ridiculous of the amount charged for rent monthly, and it isn't put toward up keep. The units that are being rented, as mine, are nice on the inside. Units do have a roach problem. I sealed cracks and got rid of them with treatments of my own. It's low cost to move in here, if u have no other alternatives, it's quiet, and convenient. I wouldn't make this long term, but for now it's home.

Over all the townhomes aren’t to bad but the single room apartments I’ve seen are just basic matchstick thrown together it feels like. And they don’t do near enough bug spraying and prevention. Most of the apartments are in major need of repairs and renovations.

I got people who live here....for now. They are on day 5 of no hot water and it is a snowstorm. The office has known about it and said yesterday they were 'working on it'. I've seen several units broken into several windows broken out and this is nearly 2 weeks of no hot water there at all. Did you know this violates city code and the lease? Did you know you can call 311 and tell the city about these code violations? As a note good luck catching the office even open. We thought the old owners were bad? At least they were here.

Worst place to consider home. I’ll advise you to not rent from this place…. They don’t care about the tenants. A neighbor got sick due to the mold in the units. I dodge the bullet and left soon as I got the opportunity. Horrible management. New management team are ghosts! Val and the mysterious lady behind the computer… Tessa Noble is her name. Very unprofessional. They refused to give back my deposit because their maintenance team stain the carpet in the tenant is responsible for the filthy mess. Don’t waste your time. Tessa is money hungry. Keep my deposit YALL need to fix that raggedy complex.
