River Springs at Barge Ranch

I moved to River Springs in April 2023, and for the first time since living in Texas, I truly found a place I could call home. You won’t find a more amazing group of people not just the staff, but the neighbors too. I recently took a new job in New Braunfels and had to move. I’ve only been in my new place for three weeks, and I already miss River Springs. The staff knew me by name and they knew Dolly, my dog, too. They genuinely care about the people who live there and take the time to get to know you. The place I’m at now has a long way to go to come even close to what River Springs offers. Whenever I needed help with anything in my apartment, the maintenance team was there within a day, and they always did excellent work. Shawn is an incredible guy if he saw me walking my dog around t

All the staff has been so nice and friendly! But I wanted to especially thank Lindsey. She was wonderful. She asked what was important to us and found the unit that fit us! She is a keeper and I could tell she loves helping people find just the right spot.

I had a truly great experience living at River Springs. The entire community was peaceful, clean, and felt very safe throughout my time there. The management team was always friendly and helpful, and maintenance was quick to respond whenever something needed attention — always professional and respectful. My apartment was bright, modern, and super comfortable. I especially loved the game room. The neighborhood was also really convenient, close to everything I needed but still quiet enough to feel like a retreat. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home, River Springs at Barge Ranch is a fantastic choice. I would absolutely live here again!

My family and I truly enjoy living here. We have two small children and the amenities are great for them. There are two pools, a hot tub, a gym, plenty of parking, and we face the back of the property so we have a great view of the woods at night. We’ve had a maintenance issue once since living here and it was repaired the same day (on a weekend). So glad we found this complex!

We have lived here for three years and we absolutely LOVE IT! The management and maintenance folks are so A++. It's very quiet and beautiful.
