River Run Village Apartments

I'm absolutely thrilled to be living here river run village offers a variety of things it's got a wonderful heated pool for the summer and a playground if you have kids it's conveniently located to alot of shopping centers off McLaughlin and has a BBQ area all year round the apartments it's self are 2 bedroom and spacious and the apartment manager is absolutely wonderful and very helpful I'm super greatful to be able to call this place home

I have lived here for about 6 months. I love it here. The staff is friendly and quick to solve any problems tenants have. Location is very convenient and affordable. The apartments are very comfortable. I can't wait for the pool to open. It is also children friendly. If looking for a new place try here! I also love the large windows. This place has gone under new management and been cleaned up greatly.

EVERYBODY! LISTEN TO ME VERY CAREFULLY! DO NOT MOVE HERE! DONT EVEN LOOK AT THE PLACE! DO NOT RENT FROM ASPIRE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ! PLEASE LISTEN! I WOULDNT SAY IT IF I DIDNT MEAN IT! LOOK ELSEWHERE, DO YOUR RESEARCH, THATS ALL I GOTTA SAY HERE! DONT DO IT! OD RATHER LIVE IN A TENT!

Current apartment manager actually cares and appears to work hard to maintain the property. Much better than previous

New/newer management attempting to clean up old mess, doing very poorly on the "customer service end", new vinyl flooring in most units, no AC built in, but electric heat, community area grills/pool, areas for dogs to walk within the complex as well as a baseball field next to them. If the property management was actually consistent it might be a pretty good place to live for now it's still worth avoiding. If I could give the property maintenance manager/tech that's on site every day a 5 star review on his own I would however.
