River Run

It is an okay place for me and my roommates. Very expensive for average, old apartments and kinda rough neighborhood. Spencer is very helpful, kind, knowledgeable and hardworking person. He always works hard and helps with everything. I feel happy to have someone like him here. Mica is also very nice. She is friendly and I like to talk with her. They are funny and make me smile. They take pride in there work. Thank you to Spencer and Mica. You make this place feel like community. Lot of other managers who aren’t so great, so thank you both for always being who you are and making me feel heard and welcomed.

My boyfriend and I moved into River Run back in August! So far, we are loving it! The staff is amazing, especially Mica and Spencer! They both have gone above and beyond for us every time we have needed something. It is rare to have people who actually care about their community as they do. I love the location and would recommend anyone to live here!

The location is perfect—Scenic, and close to everything in Avon. But what truly makes this place stand out are the people who run it. Spencer is an absolute gem—seriously one of the kindest, most dedicated workers I’ve come across. He goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel taken care of. You can tell he genuinely cares, and that makes a big difference. Also want to give a shoutout to Mica! I appreciate all her help, and honestly, I just love her accent—it always brightens my day. Thank you both for making River Run feel like home!

Thank you Sergio ( Maintenance ) for installed a new stove in my Unit D304 great job.. also Alejandra and Zaraisa in the leasing office always help us.
