River Run Apartments

Beautiful apartment complex clean looks very nice and well kept.

While the new management is amazing, it just took way too long for the property to find someone. The walls of the apartments are paper thin. If you're in a down stairs unit you can and will hear your neighbors every move. You'll know when they get home, if the stop and go to the bathroom, if they're in the kitchen, etc. The parking situation is a mess. If your neighbors have a lot of company like mine did they aren't considerate. They'll have there company park right in front of your home no matter what time of day it is. There isn't assigned parking, so you could end up parking nowhere near your apartment. Which can be dangerous especially at night. Over all my experience hasn't been the best. If, you choose to make these apartments your home, please do you research and don't get caught u

I wouldn't advise any one to rent from this slum lord complex.bad management "Maintenance can't fix anything. I went without heat and air for 7 months. If you speak your opion you get evicted. trash not thrown in the dump.but all over around the dump.i don't think they never get a landlord better than the first one Mrs Tarsha.rent at your own risk. and if you do rent.inspect it for yourself.and make sure you photo every thing that goes wrong in the apartment and documents everything .you will thank me later.

Great place to live,the building manager Ms.Tasha is very friendly, does a great job and addresses any needs or concerns.

I love the mgt... Safe for kids to play. Very clean
