Probably shouldnt say you love the property manager, but i do. Shes family in a sense and my big mama. I get my emails for parking side ways (briefly) when i shouldnt because its so darn cold. She responds quickly to issues. Give her a raise.
Though I didn't live at Rock River Apartments, I rented from them at a different location for a long time. I was very happy there (moved to be close to family) and Michelle was just great! Anytime I needed anything she was always there to help. I would recommend renting at Rock River! They take good care of their tenants!
Our family truly feels at home at River Rock Apartments! The move-in process was completely stress-free — everything was clean and move-in ready when we arrived. Any questions or concerns have always been addressed promptly, even once in the middle of the night. The neighborhood is quiet with great neighbors, and there’s plenty of parking in addition to the attached garage. We’ve always felt safe and comfortable here — highly recommend!
I loved living at River Rock apartments. I was there for 3 years.The only reason I moved is because I am getting married. Michelle is absolutely wonderful. She listens and truly cares about the people that live there.
I love living here. My son also loves it. Anytime I have a question it is promptly answered and taken care of. Michelle is truly amazing, she always is willing to help with anything I ask.
