River Rock Apartments

I remember I was walking in Central Park and that was the first time I realized River Rock Apartments, I was absolutely obsessed with the VIBES it was giving. I had to book a tour and when I did it was the best decision I had made. I was rlly manifesting living in a nice modern space that felt homey too and River Rock, felt like the perfect place for that. Right from the beginning the entire process was extremely smooth and the service made me feel really comfortable about making River Rock my new home!

I have been living here for almost 6 months , before moving I was skeptical a bit but once I moved I found I did the right thing . I live here in a river view apartment with a open terrace , which is rare in Mishawaka . Central Park , Beutter park & St Joseph River are in front of my eyes all day long . I enjoy this scenic view to the fullest . My apartment is large enough for 2 of us , secured with modern fittings. River Rock has a beautiful courtyard as well ! My neighbors are decent enough , these buildings are clean , smelled good with great trash disposal facility & one thing I will mention that our property management, they are warm enough ! Since they taken over this property they have been helpful in every possible way ! Only one thing now I need if we have one coffee bar or to go

What a great place to live. The staff have done a great job since we moved in to welcome and support us. Kolton, head of maintenance, responds to our work orders promptly and professionally. We love it here.

My husband and I lived here for two years after renting in DC, New York, San Francisco, and Chicago. There’s a lot to love and a lot to beware of. Loved: • Views (if you’re on the right side of the building) • Huge apartments and rooms • Reasonable utility bills • Safe parking (for a bit extra) • Right next to bus stops and biking trails • Proximity to parks and restaurants • Maintenance is kind and responsive • The rotating cast of office staff were really friendly and as helpful as they could be • No EV chargers, BUT you can get a parking spot near a standard outlet to plug in Didn’t love: • Shifting ownership – we had 3 management companies in our 2 years living there • Difficulty reaching office – because of all the owners, staffing was inconsistent, which could mean bad things for e

Angie and Colton at River Rock Apartments are fantastic! They’re super easy to reach, responsive, accomodating, and incredibly friendly. The location is excellent, with great proximity to the river, making it a perfect spot for convenience and enjoying the surroundings.
