River Road Apartments

Terrible customer service!!!! The owner clearly doesn’t read reviews or listen to how his tenants are being treated by the women in the front office. Wendy is very dismissive and hangs up the phone in your face. Joan should be retired by now she has the nastiest attitude and is rude! She needs to take an etiquette class on what customer service is if she’s the point of contact for your business! You will literally run tenants away just based off of their customer service! If you don’t like your job don’t come to work, SIMPLE! Your maintenance men enter apartments without even knocking! Thank god I have clothes on in my home. They also make slimy remarks to young women that are inappropriate. They have brown cabinets that are falling apart and they refuse to fix them. I could go on & on, y’

It’s quiet and the rent is inexpensive. They turn the water off periodically without warning, sometimes as early as 9am and the outage can/will last for hours. The cabinets are old and falling apart. You can only pay your rent with a money order, and in this area money orders are hard to get. Joan the property manager is really rude, not just stern but rude. Wendy the receptionist is rude and dismissive as well. The maintenance guys are rude, and invasive. So yeah, really affordable rent and that’s about where the perks end.

Terrible customer service! These apartments are out dated and highly rat infested. Do not move here!

They are running a scam. They make you pay $20 non refundable application fee then they find any reason to deny it. My credit score is over 700 and been on my job for 3 years and still got denied 3 times. Steer clear of this place

well im from st.rose and we love these apartments well we grewup in them but its nice the space in the livingrooms and the peace when you walk outside but i havent been back there in 6 years i moved in 2004 my grandma lived in river road i stayed in the apartments in the back . but they use to have swimming pools there closed because years back kids snuck in the pool and a 3 year old drowned the office OMG but once you get to know them there sweet people but the little short old black lady she mean as hell lol . well thats all i remember i had fun as a kid back there any one who wants to experice they first apartment should consiter theres . welcome or and no nosey people i like that just peace
