Sierra has been great! Amazing communication, customer service, and genuine personality.

This is a nice place to live, but Very deadly and I mean very deadly to your pockets and safety.. let's start with the pockets.. Your Rent goes up every year no matter how long you lived there! When you first move in they tell you that they have a Metric bill Generator for all the Utilities, So your thinking, OK that's good with everyone living in the Apartment building that is probably all occupied and your bill will be very low Right? WRONG! When you pay online you get charged for 2 services fees shown in pictures below Your paying for Rent, Water, Gas,.Electric, Pest control, Sewer, Trash, Renters insurance and 2 services fees before and after payment Never heard of paying all this in a apartment building before.. and they never told me about it.. Pictures below on most prices Now you

My experience with River Ridge has been exceptional, largely thanks to Ali Scott, who made the entire process seamless and stress-free. From our initial conversation, Ali was incredibly accommodating, patiently showing me all the available unit options and making sure every one of my preferences was met. Her professionalism and dedication made finding the perfect apartment so much easier. The move-in process was just as smooth. On the day I arrived, the apartment was spotless and ready for me to settle in. Ali took care of everything, making the whole experience effortless. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with both River Ridge and Ali Scott. If you’re looking for a new place, I definitely recommend working with her!

Recently we had a part go out in our kitchen that affected the hot water, and Tom did a great job getting it fixed. He was quick, efficient, and made the whole process easy. It’s always great working with him, he’s reliable and really knows what he’s doing!

Sierra was definitely born for this! The communication, the patience.. the overall experience was incredible. She made sure not to only meet my needs but my family’s as well. The apartment itself is very homey, from the amenities & the culture the tenants have.. it’s a beautiful place to call home. Thank You Riverridge! We love you Sierra! <3
