I went on a tour with Yesenia the assistant property manager about a month ago. (I thought this review went through). she was super nice and answered all my questions without rushing the tour. Upon touring, The complex is pretty small and the fitness center is pretty small as well. However, it looked very nice with the way it’s kept up. She showed me a 1bed 1 bath and it’s smaller than what i’m used to but it was beautiful. Stainless steel appliances, W/D on patio and the room was a decent size! The two things that turned me away from this complex Was the bathroom being inside the room’ I just would hate having guests Enter my room to use the restroom. The biggest issue I had was the parking. I was very appreciative that she was honest and let me know I would be getting a detached garage,

I have been a resident for over 3 years and I have been impressed with resources reinvested into the property, which shows your management desire to make this a premium place to live. The staff is first rate: Natalia, Yesenia, Juan, Alex. Each staff member has shown a great balance of professionalism and kindness, this has been one of the biggest reasons I have continued to be a River Ridge tenant. If my comments are valued, I hope it is related to the staff, because great customer service is hard to come by.

lived here for 6 years. it was okay at first but the management is awful. they don’t let you know when or if there will be maintenance done, for example they might just turn off the water without warning, or ask to come inside to do work without a letter or anything. the buildings are old so there is almost always maintenance being done. the rent is also awful and is one of the reasons im leaving. the parking is horrible if you can even manage to find a spot. there’s only 1 automatic gate so you better have a clicker or pay up, which is crazy since they break pretty often. the apartments themselves are small and cramped for what they ask in rent. would not recommend moving here.

I've come into the leasing office many times and each time I'm greeted with a smile from the office staff. Yesenia and Natalia have offered excellent custumer service, thanks River Ridge staff!
