Sharing this so other Canyon Lake renters fully understand the risk — especially with large out-of-state management companies. We lived here for approximately 60 days and had to move due to a relocation. After leaving, we were charged for the entire 12-month lease term, which resulted in a balance of over $13,000 that was sent to collections. What future renters need to understand is that this lease operates more like a long-term financial contract than a flexible rental. If there is any chance your job, family situation, or location could change, the financial consequences can be severe. In our case, there was no early-termination option that an average working family could realistically afford. We come from a low-income background and did not realize how extreme the penalties would be. W

Love it here! The staff is so friendly and maintenance takes care of things so quickly. Love being aways from the hustle & bustle of the city life, but yet close enough when I need to run errands! Nice community feel. Absolutely love my apartment & will be renewing my lease next month. Highly recommend.

Amazing apartments and even better staff. Let me clear some things up - its the country and Swallows are a protected species, making it illegal to break down their senses when there are eggs. With birds comes poop and noise. Not sorry. Swallow help with the epic mosquito population Texas has btw. No complaints from this resident. I'm even willing to help clean up the poop as the complex is under water restrictions and can't do much - but they normally have a rotation to power wash all the entry ways. Bugs... no one can control a paying tenant or what they might bring into the complex. Staff work diligently to eradicate all tests quickly! It’s been pretty nice I’ve lived here for a year, everything’s great the pool and the provided washer and dryer! Over all great but we’ve had some bug problems with the woman below us they were cleaning out the house and the roaches started migrating to our apartment,we found them all in the corners of our closet we cleaned and had pest control come over, over all everything is great we had some air conditioning problems too but it has been great living here! I recommend this just make sure to get pest control to come over!

Living here for almost 5 years now, I have definitely enjoyed living here. Very understanding staff, friendly neighbors, and a nice pool for my kids to learn how to swim. It was nice when we first moved in because we also didn’t have a washer or dryer, but easy cuz of the washer and dryers they provide for us on the grounds.
