Cheap houses. If you live in the apartments don’t worry about sleeping or getting peace. Because you won’t. Walls are paper thin. HOA does nothing to help. We have a neighbor that constantly has their dogs off leash and does not pick up after them. We’ve complained multiple times and nothing is done. Paint peeling off the walls because they didn’t use the right paint in the bathrooms. Ever since newer builds down the road the water pressure sucks. They’re just worried about how many houses they can cram in and sell to make a profit. They don’t care about you or your family. I can’t wait to leave this place.
