River Plaza Apartments

Maintenance George is very rude not even nice guy even not care others! All of landscaping bad not even sweep up in fall leave come down, not even building keeps clean ! Elevators window very fifty even he just being lazy not even clean his crap also rent keeps rapidly raise ! Also my vent of AC and heater coming out smelling cigarette odor they don’t even care I called as they ignore ! By law any of apt even any building and bars not allow smoking but this apt not even care ! Its beautiful but Just be careful when you moving new place everything they don’t even care what r up at ! Recommend- Don-t move there you will be sorry

I’ve lived here for years, I had wanted to change to an apartment with a washer and dryer because it’s easier on me then going all the way down to the very small laundry room also I’m a disabled veteran I asked for years to be changed to a one bedroom or loft with washer and dryer I was on a supposed ( list ) to be next to move to a new apartment but she never made the effort for me to change me to an apartment with washer and dryer she never cared about her tenants ,And People are raving about the Maintenance Man he is not nice like people on here say he is rude all the time even when you try to be nice to him, he doesn’t keep the grounds good it’s the hardworking city of Boise workers who do all the work, George the maintenance man is always screwing around not doing his job.

I have lived at river plaza for close to 3 years. The option for the LIHTC has made my life so much more manageable. There are pros and con’s about living here for me personally. However if one adhere’s to the Apt Manual for this property… it’s a positive experience!!

I live in a 1 bedroom loft, the loft could be counted as a Second bedroom. We've lived here since May 2017 and have really enjoyed it! Our neighbors are kind and respectful, the management is prompt and friendly, and our grounds are well kept by the maintenance man who is incredibly nice. Our apartment is spacious and well suited to entertaining guests, and insulates well against any temperature (stays warm in winter, cool in summer) so we don't often need to use our AC/heat. Overall, I highly recommend river plaza. The great location in downtown near the green belt and campus is perfect for us students. Only con is the parking -- hard to find a spot on weekdays between 9 and 5 due to sharing a parking lot with the other businesses. It's annoying, but manageable. The homeless shelter has n

I was on the list for a tax credit apartment for 3 years. They contacted me finally, while I was living in a different Tomlinson complex. The cost for a 1 bedroom was $300 MORE a month, then what I was already paying for rent. 🤨 ( I was paying 60% of the LIHTC.) The person in the office who called me was abrupt and quick to disconnect the call.
