River Place Apartments

I was truly Blessed to find these apartments. The landscaping is kept up, pest control, filters for air and a great view. The staff is great as well!

Such a quaint, peaceful beautiful complex! I had an amazing experience with River place apartments, Carol and Juanita are so sweet and attentive, the maintenance team are on top of it and get things done asap! I felt very safe and loved living on the river. The apartments are very clean and i didn’t have any problems! Would 10/10 recommend, was a great first apartment experience for me and great prices.

I'm very happy here. The place is beautiful, clean, quiet and well kept. I walk on the well maintained river path everyday. It's a great and safe place to spot a large variety of wildlife as well as boaters, water skiers, jet skiers. ..etc. I'm also very happy with the job the leasing personnel, Juanita and Carol, do as far as screening residents. I always feel safe and there is a great sense of community among the residents. There's nowhere else I'd rather rent.

If it’s still carol and Juanita they are very unfair and discriminatory. Waited a year after moving out to make sure I wasn’t just upset or short sided… I could go through the long list of things they did while I was there but I think the simplest and most to the point would be the first…. Before I moved in I called to check availability, they said they had 3 1brs. I show up not 30 minutes later (mixed-black male) and they said they no longer have any availability. I had my mother go in not an hour after that (white woman) and suddenly they had availability again. It’s a great spot in a great location and the maintenance guys do their job. Just anything involving those two old ladies… they love the drama.

This is a beautiful place to live. Quiet too. Everyone is so friendly. Wonderful maintenance team.
