River Park Villas

Horrible office staff. Unfortunately, we have only had contact with Evelyn and she is completely unreliable. When doing a tour we were told that people were not allowed in the clubhouse area and was not available for renters to utilize. It was also painfully obvious that she did not want to be there and it was almost too much trouble for her to have a conversation. Evelyn is also always in a rush to get off the phone and cannot be bothered to answer questions. Hopefully management realizes that she lacks the personality to work that type of job. As far as the physical apartment, we shall see. Move in date is in a couple weeks. If Evelyn ever calls us back.

Based on my experience, River Park Villas provides a calm and quiet living environment while still being conveniently located near multiple stores and restaurants in the city. Maintenance requests for my two-bedroom, one-bath unit have always been handled promptly and professionally, and the fully paperless leasing process was efficient and convenient. At move-in, several lease-term options were available; however, at renewal, only a one-year lease or a month-to-month option was offered. Both came with a rent increase: the one-year renewal increased by $50 per month, while the month-to-month option increased by $146 per month. Overall, it is a good option if you are looking for a quiet place to live with easy access to nearby amenities.

Magdalena and her assistant have done a fantastic job in managing River Park Villas for the many years they have been on board. The maintenance staff is also efficient and understanding as well as focused on helping to provide a wonderful environment. I have lived here for over 30 years and hope that my future experiences here will continue to meet my expectations of a gracious and supportive community. Thank you 🙂

I made an appointment online last week for a tour, and received a phone call informing me that there were no units available to view but they would call me this week when one was available. In our original conversation I told Evelyn that we were looking to move in October. We decided we wanted to move up our timeline so I called again this morning to check in on a viewing and let her know we are ready now (just so we don’t get pushed aside) and was told maintenance is behind and it would be the end of the week now but she needed to check in with them to be sure. After this phone call I receive a text message saying that there are apartments ready and would I like to come in today. I assumed that this was Evelyn and she found out they were ready sooner than she thought so I scheduled an app

River Park Villas is a great place to live! It's so close to the best of Fresno.
