River Park Apartments

Excellent place to live or rent. Clean, they have a nice pool, gym, the apartments are big and beautifil, good parking, a lot of trees.

i moved into my apartment 4 months ago .. best choice i’ve made . stephanie in the front office was very nice, helpful and professional.. they helped me with any questions i’ve had along the way .. My air failed and the maintenance guys where there in less than 24 hours very nice and fixed it right away .. very nice quiet place to live .. pool area is neat and water always clean , gym the same way .. they keep the grounds clean ..close to the interstate and all places you’d need to shop .. i really can’t say enough about river park …i love living here !!!!

I came into contact with Riverpark over the summer to find somewhere to live in the following months. They were able to get my information and work with me as needed. Stephanie at the front made it so easy to work with as well. She was very professional and good at keeping communication. Upon moving in my apartment everything was nice, clean, and easy to find. Again Stephanie helped and showed me where everything was. So far I am enjoying my first week in my new apartment. Would recommend for anyone trying to relocate to the Pike County area.

I’ve had a great experience living at River Park Apartments! The staff is always helpful and professional, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The community is clean, quiet, and feels safe. I really appreciate how well everything is managed. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to live!
