I’ve been living here for 2 years and still absolutely love it! The surroundings feel like being in the heart of nature peaceful, green, and refreshing every day. The swimming pool is beautiful and well-maintained, the gym is fully equipped, and there’s a lovely park just a 2-minute walk away. It truly feels like living in your own house, with the added benefits of great amenities. Maintenance requests are handled very quickly, making life here comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm, convenient, and nature-filled home

Weive here and we absolutely love this place. The staff is amazing and Nancy Nort is an incredible manager. She is quick to respond, pays attention to your smallest detail and ALWAYS tries to accommodate the residents. It is a little pricey compared to other apartment communities around but we have been here going on 4 years and we love it here.

In 2018, I moved to Florida for a 1 year job rotation. I am a 22 year old female and this was the first time I would be living on my own and in a new state. Countless hours of research led to my decision to live at River Park Apartments for the year and I couldn’t have made a better decision. I scheduled a visit to view an empty apartment a month before moving in and it was exactly what I was looking for. The single bedroom apartment was very spacious at 832 sqft and had a 64 sqft patio as well. I got a first-floor apartment in the front of the neighborhood. The entire complex was clean, the facilities were well-kept, and the staff was extremely friendly. Ask for Nicole Crangle to help you, she’s the best! I had a wonderful experience living in River Park, the pool was amazing and my neighbors were quiet. We never had any issues. If I ever ran into Situation that required maintenance, they were very responsive and extremely helpful. I really enjoyed my time living in the apartment. I’m grateful for to all the staff on site, and I really appreciate Pamela being so patient with me and always answering all of my questions.

Awesome place, never had any problems with anything and when there was an issue they would send someone out right away to fix the issue, almost always parking no matter the time of day. The pools are clean and the grounds are kept very clean
