River Oaks Community

Kristen is super nice and made the entire leasing process a breeze. Neighbors are kind and it is in a great area! I highly recommend living here.

River Oaks is a fantastic place to live. It is safe, quiet, affordable and in a great location. They are small but designed to maximize the space. I've had barely any maintenance issues in the two years I've lived here and they were resolved promptly. The property manager, Kristen has been amazing. I can't recommend these apartments enough.

I’ve came to visit a friend at this residence about a week ago. I don’t enter the apartment complex anymore because I’m scared because I’ve been stereotypical profiled. I’m not going to risk having a bad record for any nonsense. I’ve been called racial slurs and has been discriminated on my sexual orientation while walking through the apartment complex and have had the police called on me numerous times by the neighbor because they said I looked suspicious. This is not a good community for people of minority nor people of the LGBT community.

Misled by Kristen. Governing what I can or cannot do in my own house. Smoke gets into cloth furniture. Doesn't cost thousands of dollars to repaint
