River Oak at Fernwood Forest Rental Homes

Cathy was an absolute pleasure to be around during our tour of the community and she was an absolute wealth of knowledge. The community itself is beautiful and extremely well made/developed. The village of Indiantown could be a bit more developed as there was a lack of traditional commercial store giants within the area. *Please note we do not live here and cannot offer any reviews beyond that of our meeting with the lovely Cathy & that of the surrounding town. I felt very compelled to let the world know how great she (Cathy) was and how comfortable she made us feel :)

Move in day! We had a great experience with Juan Olivera and Cathy from start to finish. Cathy had the best attitude and made us excited to commit to river oak. I had a wonderful experience touring the property with Juan. He was extremely kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to show me everything and answered all of my questions. The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful, clean, new, and very quiet. Everything looked well maintained, and I truly appreciated how welcoming and thorough the tour was. Highly recommend
