River Mill

Beautiful tranquil place to live, its unfortunate that some of the units are ran by HRW reality...this is where I say BEWARE! I am a former tenant at 1500 River Mill Dr #206, Wake Forest, NC. It has now been over 45 days since I moved out, and I still have not received my security deposit, nor a legally required itemized statement with invoices or receipts, despite multiple written requests. I sent a formal follow-up email last Thursday and have received no response. The unit has already been re-listed for rent, since mid November ( just 2 weeks after I moved out) making the continued delay difficult to understand.
