River Hollow Apartments

This place is a joke, when I moved in the apartment wasn't even clean, one of the big windows had a crack in it and by just that picture you can imagine how dirty the rest of the apartment was, food and stains on the floor and hair from the last tennant still in the shower, mold in my dishwasher, that later found out didn't even work even though it was "brand new", piles of leftover construction from them "upgrading" the apartment, curtains all crooked, slider leaks when it rains and within weeks of living there the bathroom ceiling started pouring water out, maintenance came and fixed it but miracously I had yet another waterfall within days, literally everything is a hack job. The laundry on site availability is 2 stinky washers and 2 dryers in a DIRT creepy basement down sketchy concret

Mold, Mice, and maintenace that wont respond. The time here has been hellish. Auto-theft, down electrical wires, broken facilities, mold toxicity, and when trying to resolve these issues maintenance will delete your request. When calling management office, they say to go through maintenance even after reporting them deleting the requests. Also, even with all these problems they still increased their rent each year. Please for your health and well-being find somewhere else to live.

I currently live here and it’s not not the best. Always a problem with parking spaces as they are not assigned. They DO NOT clean any of the apartments before the next tenant. It was disgusting. Two closet doors broke as soon as we opened them our first day moved in. You can hear everything from your neighbors from the sides to upstairs and downstairs. No direct number you have to go through a process to call them and if you miss a call you cannot call back because they call from a restricted number! This place is a joke.

Needs lots of improvements. Walls extremely thin and can hear neighbors talk/tv. Luckily we live in a quiet building. Lots of space and closets. New office personnel extremely nice and answer concerns/questions quickly. Price too high for what you get.

Live in here for 4 years and the place is so far quiet and beautiful. By the river, beautiful scenery in the morning and evening sunsets are incredible ! Go CANOEING with the family to ENJOY the natural scenes of the river ! Close to airport, highway, mall, trains station, you name it ! BRUTAL !👍🏻🙏🙏🙏
