River Glen Apartments

I moved into the location in Minnesota back in 2019. I have experiencing the worst neighbors while at the property. In 2022 we had a neighbor deliberately scratching our property with her wheel chair. This was reported to the property manager and she somehow told my husband he was a liar and that neighbor wouldn’t do what he claimed . We even submitted proof of damage and the police report that was filed. We like our unit and don’t want to move but this manager here is not fair at all and not complying the conditions of the lease for all tenants. In our current nightmare, there is a tenant breaking the lease daily. Pedcor lease specifically states you are in violation for disturbing the peace of others because they have the right to enjoy their unit. I have a serious medical condition and

I have never experienced such horrible experiences in apartment living. In my building only: I was given ten days to completely empty my apartment so that the flooring could be replaced...I am old and have stage 3b kidney disease. I ended up with 30 days of hospitalization because I collapsed in the apartment while trying to comply. There was a major drug bust in this building. The man upstairs murdered his mother and then killed himself...their bodies remained in the apartment for over three weeks. I approached apartment management after I hadn't seen the neighbors for two weeks and mentioned that their pet cat was left home alone. I was told not to be a nosy neighbor! Absolutely the worst management I have ever experienced and we have rented from 5+ management companies. Long story short, I moved out of here in 2021 and have paid them over 3,000 that I did not believe I owed them in the first place (random charges they put on me during move out). After agreeing to take $750 off the total bill, they have now sent me to collections for that $750 3 years later under a new manager. Due to the manager switch over, and lack of communication, they have “no record of agreeing to 750 off” even though they have sent me an email stating this the new manager will not take the email or my word and has chosen to charge me. While living here, i was locked out of my apartment during he month they are now charging me for. Absolutely terrible and will be reporting to BBB

Worst Managment ever since Linda come in to run the business of river glen apartment. the good, nice, conducive place we had lived in for years with no big issue turned out to be chaos, (a state of utter confusion or disorder) between the towing company and the community who are trying to move their cars. today almost everyone in the community's car was towed due to lack of proper channel of communication between the community and the leasing office. her actions and the way she run the management will lead to bad rating to the company business, it may affect any good person willing to come to live-in in this community and those already in to think twice or question whether they can have a pleasant or peaceful environment. Linda (the leasing manager)is a disturbance and seems entitled (has to be close to retirement). Everybody I talk to knows to avoid her. They are trigger happy with notices. Ex: There’s a tie out for dogs that was there when I moved in so I used it unknowingly- got a write up. Sooo I didn’t use it. Got written up a couple months later because I hadn’t removed it? Thats their responsibility? …..Butttt the 20 neighbors down the row can throw trash in the front of the lawns and leave bikes laying around everywhere but where the bike rack is? This is just one of the small examples. There is Ant problems also. Many many examples could be listed. Not a good experience here.
