I was abused by the manager and I never went to the police because she gave me hush money. And she evicted me saying I owe $2300 in rent because I “never paid” what sense does that make? They need their units inspected because there is an immense amount of molding half the apartment applicants don’t even work.

NOTHING GETS FIXED! THEY PAINTED THE POOL BLUE TO LOOK FILLED. THIS PLACE WENT DOWN HILL!!!! BETTER OFF BULLDOZING IT ALL AND REBUILD. ALL THE MONEY IVE WASTED IN THOSE APARTMENTS. 😮‍💨💩💀

Great affordable place to live. Family atmosphere. Pet friendly apartments. I'm in a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit very spacious and affordable. I have lived here about a year now and love it!

River gardens is an absolute terrible place to live from the management all the way to the places they don’t wanna fix anything most the places are roach infested and the maintenance is pointless all these pointless work forms and bs just to receive nothing in return the places have mold roaches n bed bugs definitely not a place to raise kids they’ll steal ur animals medication etc and don’t get me started about the leases that are always “magically” disappearing they constantly upcharge on rent whenever u want something fixed or they try to throw u out they have no human decency or respect and the whole place should be shut down the only semi good reviews are from either 8+ years ago or from past or current management like Heidi or some others theres plenty of other places u could live de

Run down - rent controlled - smells of urine, not even the front entrance is well kept, so many dog piles. Great views - quiet- good parking. Maintenance is always on site and working, so that's good. But for real, rake the rocks !
