Eric Morehouse is amazing. Patient. Attentive. Detail-oriented. We were not even planning a move! But within weeks, Eric guided us through purchase of our new dream home, and gently walked us through the myriad of details necessary to get the home we had lived in for almost 40 years on the market and sold (in less than 2 weeks). Angie Cooper is the best out there. I've been planning to have her help me buy a home for years and even when I was on the fence those years ago she set me up for success with tools and knowledge that I could study at my own pace til the right time.
