We closed on our first home at River City Title. My realtor was so warm and friendly throughout the whole buying process but once I stepped foot into River City Title’s office to finalize it, my family and I weren’t even greeted. Instead, we were asked by a girl at the desk, “Are you both signing?” That was followed by another girl taking our photo IDs and then we waited. We were greeted by Lauren, the attorney who made up for the cold welcome. She made the closing process smooth and explained the paperwork to us. It became more pleasant once my realtor joined as well. In my opinion, any person or family should be greeted pleasantly by front desk/staff when walking into an office to close on their home, and not made to feel any other way.

Everyone who helped us at River City Title was great; professional and responsive. Eric especially went above and beyond, staying late on a Friday to double-check and answer our questions. 5 stars for sure!

All I can say is BEWARE!!! If I wasn’t on a timeline to get my house closed on, I would have refused to work with this office to close with. Use caution before choosing River City Title. The employee I worked with upon trying to sign the closing documents was rude and very condescending. I would imagine signing documents that are incorrect isn’t very typical. Upon noticing an additional $500.00!!!!! Being deducted from the sale of my home for a home warranty (that I had already purchased) I was still asked to sign incorrect documents... when I asked for the documents to be corrected prior to signing the woman became aggravated and stated “we don’t have time for that”.
