ALL OF THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE!! ( BESIDES THE ONES ABOUT AMBER) Since January, I have been staying in these apartments and I have not had the best experience. When I first moved in, I had a huge pest problem which concerned of roaches, ghats, and spiders. When I reached out to the property regarding pest control, they did not want to switch the company due to that company being cheaper than most industrial companies that can actually get rid of the pest. Then, when I also moved in, I had a gas issue. I was smelling gas throughout my entire apartment for over three months. I let the office know, and every time that the gas company came out to investigate. They were not able to determine where that gas leak was until later on. I absolutely love living here! From the moment I moved in, everything has been smooth and stress-free. The community is always clean and well taken care of, and my apartment feels so cozy and welcoming. What really makes this place stand out is the property manager, Amber. She is amazing! She truly cares about the residents and goes out of her way to make sure we’re happy and comfortable. Anytime I’ve needed help with something, she’s been right on top of it and always so friendly. It’s nice knowing there’s someone here who takes pride in the community and genuinely looks out for everyone. I’m really glad I chose to live here and would recommend River City Place to anyone looking for a place that feels like home.

I Love It!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's quite and peaceful. It's a nice place to live. The inside is deck down. I love how they set it up who ever built these apartments need a pat on the back. Damn good job excuse my french but i'm just being honest. It's a bit high for one bed room but you got the pay live. So i'm cool with it. But its nice real nice. If you decide to live here i swear you wont regret it. Amber is nice and is very respectful. She needs a raise "ASAP"

Nevada, the property manager, is outstanding—always on top of everything and genuinely cares about the residents. His professionalism and responsiveness are unmatched. Amber, the leasing consultant, is equally amazing! She made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free, and she’s always a joy to talk to.
