River Breeze Apartments

My husband and I so wanted to move here. The apartment itself was perfect. Roomy with lots of closet. The leasing agent Emily was a gem, helpful,very knowledgeable and courteous. The only negative for me and the reason I did not rent was the look of the property. All gray and it was raining so that didn't help. Some balconies had clothes hanging on them while others had an array of other things from bikes to just junk. Too bad we really loved the apartment.

(Michelle Stricklin) I moved in about 5 months ago and this is my honest experience from my time here. The ladies at the office are absolutely delightful. Maintenance has a quick response and gets the job done very efficiently. I have seen no roaches or rats at all. Overall, it's a quiet peaceful place to live filled with working class people and the staff could not be better.

Karen and Emily made sure that I was informed throughout the process, and made sure that I understood both my rights and my responsibilities through the lease.

This review is only towards the manager in the office who answered the phone. Her name was Karen (I hope I spelled it correctly) but she was the most friendly and helpful person anyone could ask to speak to!!! She was extremely informative and amazingly patient with me as I filled out my application online. Giving her a 10/10 👏👏👏👏🙌🙌🙌🙌
