Im worried they have bed bug infestation. very easily can & does happen because old folks don't deep clean very often if disabled right? Iw I'll check it out . I am willing to help Riverbend get rid of the bedbugs. open the windows for starters. get rid of musty dark rooms by letting in sunlight and fresh air. REALLY RECOMMENDED soluution folks!
Each time I go visit my patient and friend, I like the place more and more! The place has gotten a nice renovation and tenets are very pleasant ! They allow small pets !! Don’t let the building fool you. The actual apartments are very clean and spacious!!
Its a 3 story apartment building. Older with elevator. Mostly a 55+ population, low income most section 8 recipients. It is a non-smoking building.
I’ve lived here for a couple of years I love it It’s very much its own community We have scheduled activities n dinners Everyone is so friendly I’m very blessed to live here
Do not rent from here bed bugs bed bugs and the manager will just kick you out with no notice for nothing. They don't fix anything. Plus sucks and is gross
