Ritzdorf Apartments-Tenant Services

Newer building, looks good from outside, as well as beautiful inside till you go up stairs. Then it has the appearance of a motel, studios are smaller then a master bedroom. No fans in the bathrooms. I live on the West side of the building and I have a beautiful view of the West hills and almost all of downtown.

I think if your looking for a nice size studio and a clean building that comes with a excellent manager and maintenance team that works hard to maintain a nice healthy environment to reside in then you have found the place I will start out with the manager he is very very nice he is always professional and does not play favoritism he enforces rules but it's to make sure that the environment is healthy and safe for us tenants who reside here as far as maintenance goes he fixes things pretty much immediately he's very good you never have to wait any longer then a day or so to get a issue resolved they are the best and they are the reason I have stayed because they are both very wonderful and they work hard everyday for the tenants I want to give both of you a big thank you for making tenants

This place is really quiet and nice the manager here is really nice and he does a great job maintenance is great they keep up with the units and I would have to disagree about them looking like motel rooms all of these buildings have the same look really maybe some more modern then others I personally wasn't sure about it but once I started residing here I absolutely love it people mind there own buisness and it's a very pleasant place . Management Is excellent and that's why I am here a studio is a studio it's not huge but it's nice size I'm happy and I'm not a easy person to please the area is perfect I would say don't be quick to judge because I would have regretted not coming here I'm glad I came I feel happy and complete I encourage you to come see the place you won't regret it .

This apartment is amazing location wonderful management and very friendly kind staff I CAN'T say enough nice things about everything here it is a blessing.
