I cannot stress enough how terrible my experience has been living here. 1. Horrible Communication - I received an email at 9:15am about a fire alarm drill scheduled for 10am—while I was already on a critical residency interview Zoom call. This is just the tip of the iceberg. After signing the lease, they never told me how to access the rent portal, leaving me unsure how to pay my rent for weeks. They didn’t provide instructions for the front door buzzer system, so I couldn’t even buzz people into the building for the first two months.. in fact I still can’t. Additionally, my Amazon locker hub wasn’t set up, meaning packages were lost or delayed for weeks. For a new resident, the lack of basic communication and guidance was absolutely unacceptable. 2. Just checked out Rittenhouse Row and was so impressed with my interactions with Dana Kutner. You couldn’t find a more welcoming representative of your property. I really appreciate the attention and follow up! Thank you and will certainly consider as an option if my experiences with Dana represent my new potential new home.

I had moved here from CA and needed an apartment in short time due to a year long program I was accepted into Dana had helped me tremendously in making the process run smoothly as I had to drive from CA in short time and get the apartment arraanged in less than two weeks and made many accomodations. Overall, I would say the location is great in the inner city, specificly in the Rittenrow district area. Most people that live here do so for work, and my time living here in Philedelphia as an out of state resident has been a great experience.
