Glenn Patrick Ramcharitar, an agent at Rita Levine Real Estate, provided highly unprofessional service during a property tour that required a 3-hour round trip for me. The listing grossly misrepresented the property; photos were deceptive regarding its condition. I raised numerous concerns during the tour, but Glenn failed to document them or relay any to the owner despite my direct suggestion. A foul odor emanated from the laundry room, which Glenn dismissed as possible gas without urgency to evacuate, contact utilities, or notify the owner—leaving me in potential danger until I insisted we leave.
