I am so happy that I have moved into such a wonderful community. Dina and Susie are amazing always so helpful and they work so hard keeping us engaged. Gerald and Travis are so wonderful, they are there to help with any issue you are experiencing with your apt. I love it and I’m so blessed to a part of a loving community. Thank you for all that you do.

I can’t say enough good about my experience securing my parents an apartment at Rise Viera. Dina Jackson, the manager is lovely, professional and extremely patient with all of our questions and concerns! Susie, the activities coordinator is also super helpful and professional.

Susie is a fantastic and a caring person, she works non stop. Gerald is very friendly and knows how to handle maintenance issues in a timely fashion and Travis is always hard at work and willing to help with a smile on his face All 3 are gems and are a credit to the Rise

From the moment you step onto the property, you can feel how special it is. The grounds are beautiful, the amenities are top-notch, and the entire environment encourages a healthy, vibrant lifestyle. The gym is well-equipped with everything you need, the pool is absolutely gorgeous, and every space is designed with comfort and wellness in mind. What makes this community truly shine, though, is the people—especially Susie, the Lifestyle Coordinator. Working with her on resident programs has been such a joy. She goes above and beyond to create meaningful events that bring people together and foster a true sense of connection. Her passion and dedication are unmatched, and she’s a big part of what makes the culture here so welcoming and warm. It’s such an honor to be a part of this community
