I genuinely never leave reviews online, but I felt like Rise 34 deserves some additional praise on top of its already stellar reviews on Google. I have lived in eight different places in Gainesville alone, and Rise 34 is by far the best! Even in comparison to apartments like The Standard, Rise 34 is better in quality, and it is more affordable. You can't beat that! Moreover, Louis (the property manager) is the absolute best! He is one of the kindest people you will ever meet. I cannot say enough kind words about Louis. All my interactions with him were simply amazing. He was so personable and you can tell he truly wants to help however he can. Definitely give this place a tour and consider signing a lease here. If it weren't for outside circumstances, I would have stayed here for many more

This place is literally the best student housing in Gainesville! You have the option to have your unit furnished or not. Staff is nice and works with you no matter what your needs are. Worth the price they’re asking for. I waited too late to renew my lease but I’d definitely live here forever lol. The only thing I didn’t like was the elevator in the back most days it smelled like dog piss. Other than that everything was great!

I recently moved to the local area for school, and chose this place because of its location and new construction. I can confidently say that my stay at Rise on 34th has been quite pleasant. Louis, along with the rest of the staff and maintenance team, has been nothing short of friendly and accommodating. For anyone looking for a place to rent in the Gainesville area, look no further. This place will undoubtedly exceed your expectations while giving you a place you can proudly call home.

The best property in Gainesville no question. Spacious apartments, solid rates and just an overall good energy between the property and its residents. Louie, the manager is an absolute joy as well!

Rise 34th is an amazing place to live and the staff are always quick to address any issues! Also Louis is a man of culture for dropping off dates and vimto to our apartment for Ramadan 🔥
