Got to tour this community first hand and it is stunning. The views of the stadium and river are so unique. Really excited to see this project finish up.

Seeing Rise Doro now with most of the Apartments taken down. The rest IMO needs to go. If you keep this structure and erase the fire damage it shows to me it's only about the MONEY you hope one day to make from this complex. Sure you already got your Insurance money. If I was you I would remove the parking garage and everything else. Start anew or sell the land to someone else. I wouldn't want to live here even if you white wash everything else.
