Rippling Stream Townhomes

Under new maintenance!!! The new maintenance supervisor and his new team are turning things around on this property. Its taking them sometime but they are very responsive to emergency and non emergency service orders.

I recently moved in and the conditions of the 3bedroom/1.5bath apartment at move-in was not what the website represented it to be. I have submitted the necessary maintenance requests at this point but the burden of maintaining livability for tenants IS NOT and SHOULD NOT be on the new tenant or having people come in and out to fix things that should have been handled before the new tenant ever saw them. This is a major failure in the management of these apartments for new, current, and/or prospective tenants. I am waiting to see how long the requests take to be fulfilled and the quality of the repairs and will update this review when new information is available. What a fantastic experience at Rippling Stream!!!! The property manager Fabiana greeted us immediately and made us feel genuinely welcomed. She was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly thorough during the tour. Every question was answered with confidence and clarity. We knew right away this was the place for us!

I am a friend of a resident who tells me the property is awesome, always very peaceful well maintained which is true every time I have visited him - i might be applying for an apartment there next month. I called the office and spoke with the Property Manager Fabiana who was very kind, professional and explained everything in great detail. :)

Giving five stars for the responsiveness of maintenance team. Came out on the weekend to fix issues. Other aspects of the community need some minor improvements to make living there a better experience.
