Rincon Green has been my home for the past 3 years, and I’ve absolutely loved my time here. The staff is truly exceptional—always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Special thanks to Roy, James, and Andrew for going above and beyond to make my stay seamless and enjoyable. The amenities are fantastic—the gym is well-equipped for great workouts, and the rooftop is a wonderful spot to relax, complete with a hot tub and a stunning Bay Bridge view. Concierge services have always been smooth and reliable, adding to the overall comfort and ease of living here. The location is unbeatable if you enjoy long walks along the Embarcadero, and the neighborhood feels moderately safer compared to many other parts of the city, which added to my peace of mind. Building management has gone downhill. Management just wants to squeeze every penny from you: - Astronomical rent hike when you're up for renewal - Building charges you a fee to pay your rent online with EFT?! - Switched to a new resident portal and utility costs mysteriously increased by 35% [Update: if you leave a negative review, management will literally email you continuously to pressure you to either remove the review or move out. Guess that's how they maintain the ratings] Inside the apartment: - The vents carry noise from apartment to apartment so you can literally hear entire conversations, music lyrics, toilets flushing through the walls + and the vents carry disgusting cooking smells at all hours - There are carpets throughout the apartments where people have dogs and cats - I

Choosing Rincon Green as our new home has been the best decision my partner and I made. We moved from the East Coast during the pandemic and everything from submitting an application and signing a lease to moving in has been such an easy and relaxed experience. We really can't say enough good words about our experience with the building and the Rincon Green team who are truly helpful, caring and are always there to attend to your needs. Our apartment was spacious, had beautiful finishes and enough insulation that we wouldn't hear any external noises. Great gym facility and the rooftop. The best leasing office team I've ever interacted with. They're responsive and compassionate in ways you never see with other leasing offices. The front desk team is also top notch. Only complaint is that they don't deliver packages to your door (or have options for them to leave packages inside your apartment). They have a mail room but it's average.

The building itself is good, the maintenance staff is great, and front desk folks are great as well. I just had a problem with management over charging my utilities bill every month (charged for 2 people vs 1) and it was a reoccurring problem that never got fixed. I had to call every month and follow up with multiple emails.
