Rincon 225 Apartments

My boyfriend and I moved into Rincon last year as our first apartment together and it was the best experience we could have asked for! We are only moving due to a job relocation or we would have stayed. The units are on the more expensive side, but in my opinion the money is worth it because it is a great place to live. The units are very modern and have an open layout with tons of storage. It is also pet friendly and whenever we had maintenance needs they were taken care of right away. Very friendly staff and a great location in downtown Hartford. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent.

The staff at Rincón 225 are all professional and very helpful! Pictures don’t do justice to how nice the units are. Lots of small touches as well like an Amazon locker and covered parking. The staff decorate for holidays and participate in lots of downtown events which makes living here awesome. Highly recommend.

Nice place recently built! There is a lot of loud traffic on Main St but that was the only negative for me. Their free coffee in the lobby is delicious.
